Responsibilities:
As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our Residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the Admissions Department to facilitate smooth admissions processes.
Preparing rooms for new Residents with meticulous attention to detail.
Personally greeting and escorting new Residents to their rooms, providing assistance and support as needed.
Listening to Residents' concerns and providing compassionate assistance and companionship.
Building positive relationships with Residents, families, and staff to create a supportive community environment.
Participating in ongoing training sessions and Resident Council meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to empathize with Residents and provide exceptional care and support.
Willingness to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of Residents and the facility.
