JOB SUMMARY The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Team Member is provide REMARKable service to all guests and to embody the five Core Values of Customers First, Teamwork, Hustle, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, and Stewardship.
Requirements/Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business:
dining room, front counter, drive-thru and exceeds all Food Safety regulations Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS Desire to genuinely serve others Strong communication skills Dependable and reliable Ability to work well in a team environment Takes initiative and works quickly and efficiently Open to constant feedback and has a desire to learn - Outgoing personality and positive attitude PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Standing and walking up to 8 hours/day Serving guests both inside and outside (with appropriate precautions taken during heat and inclement weather) BENEFITS Up to $18 per hour Discounted/Free Chick-fil-A meal during each shift Flexible Scheduling Up to $2500 Scholarship per year (must apply and be approved) Sundays off Special Instructions We are looking forward to reviewing your application!
