Design monthly schedules and daily tasks for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses.
Partner with the Director of Nursing in recruitment, discipline, and staff transitions.
Oversee bi-weekly payroll details, ensuring accuracy and bonus qualifications.
Assist in computing certified hours for the nursing team.
Preserve comprehensive attendance records.
Manage Employee Payroll Change Notices for a variety of status modifications.
Conduct detailed reference checks for prospective nursing staff.
Maintain an updated directory of clinical care employee contacts.
Collaborate closely with new hires to ensure comprehensive onboarding.
Execute additional tasks as guided by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
What You Bring:
A minimum of one year's experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing setting.
Stellar communication abilities paired with outstanding interpersonal skills.
