Court Reporting Agency is seeking a lead sales associate with a minimum of two years sales experience in the Court Reporting industry and/or legal sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES and MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sell Company(s) services to the legal market to achieve assigned revenue objectivesMust possess two year minimum sales experience Must possess excellent communication and presentation skillsMust possess excellent organizational and record keeping skillsObtain knowledge and remain knowledgeable of Company(s) services to facilitate sales effortsThis role requires the ability to develop relationships with managing partners with the goal of becoming their exclusive court reporting vendorProvide day-to-day management of client leads along with internal weekly reporting to CEOServe as high level account manager and consultant to existing clients responsible for driving repeat business based upon creation and fostering of long term relationships with relevant stakeholdersInitiate proactive steps to measure client satisfaction, anticipate client needs and facilitate communication with internal resourcesThis role comes with significant responsibility for growing and securing all new business in the legal marketYou must be capable of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by senior managementAttend industry legal events for networking opportunitiesMust be accustomed to moderate to high sales call activityMust possess 3
years of documented success in sales The position will require occasional travel within the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester.
